Got a mango ice tea while out in WPB. Drink was good but very sweet. There’s an upcharge for non dairy substitute. Drink was mostly ice cube. I took about 8 sips and this is what’s left.

Unprofessional. I hate to be discouraging to a new or smaller business but this is an exception. First of all we arrived at 11am as the “hours” state is their opening to time. It wasn’t open the young lady who was working casually strolled in at 11:15. Then she didn’t have Tapioca ready so my daughter and I agreed to come back in the 30 minutes she said it would take. We retuned as promised and she had fulfilled a giant order and didn’t have enough tapioca to even make one tea! She knew that we were coming back and didn’t even set any aside for us. She then went on to explain how it takes 1.5 hours to make tapioca and she has t “figured out how to cook it in time”. I have an idea. Arrive early to work. Common sense is not common anymore. Being nice is it a substitute for professionalism. Be professional and nice!

The staff was so sweet. A lot of options of bubba tea. I got the Taro milk tea with rainbow jelly topping.

FINALLY! THIS IS IT!!! We found a REAL asian milk tea place and it is incredible! We tried the Original Milk Tea and Matcha Latte. Blown away. Bubbles were cooked perfectly, yea tasted very good, milk was just right. By far the best milk tea in all of south Florida. Okane uses REAL matcha. I knew as soon as I took my first sip! We spent the last 2 year searching for a real milk tea shop and today we finally found it!!! We will be back!
